Tokyo Conference on Argumentation
April 1st, 2015:
Site open for 5th Tokyo Conference on Argumentation (August 2016, Tokyo, Japan)
JDA sponsors the Tokyo Conferences on Argumentation, which are held every four year. The conferences are designed to encourage exchanges of views on the theory, practice and instruction of argumentation across the disciplines. Every conference sets its focus topics, e.g., “The Role of Argumentation in Society,”, while presentations beyond the topics boundaries are also warmly welcome, whose potential topics of interest include: argumentation and rhetoric, forensic pedagogy, the philosophy and psychology of reasoning, practical studies, and studies of historical argumentative texts. Qualified papers will appear in our Proceedings to be distributed at the Conferences.
